How does it work?
Click on any "Order Now" or "Get Started" button and you'll be redirected to our secure ordering platform. There, you can choose between two options:
À la carte: One-off meal prep orders with full menu access.
Subscription: Weekly automatic orders with a 10% discount applied.
Meals are delivered on a weekly schedule, and the order cut-off is Thursday at midnight for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.
What are your delivery days?
If you're located between Estepona and Málaga, deliveries will be made on Monday. All other locations across Spain will receive their healthy meals on Tuesday.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
As long as they are kept refrigerated, your meal prep dishes will stay fresh for up to one week.
Can I choose my own meals?
Absolutely! Each week, you'll have access to a rotating menu of chef-prepared meals. Whether you order à la carte or subscribe, you're in full control of your choices.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
