The second option is to use meal prep to supplement your own diet. If you enjoy having more control over your food intake (eating out, cooking…) this option is for you. You can buy meals from us to make sure you always have a healthy option in the fridge, ready for the rushed off your feet days and end up reaching for a quick pizza or a take-away.
